What “Extraction” means

Reparation extraction is the process of identifying, documenting, and valuing items that are owed. It prepares the issuance of Reparation Liability Tokens (RLT) as a non‑monetary claims ledger.

Tradeable vs Untradeable

• Tradeable obligations: amounts that can be settled in money or money‑equivalents (e.g., cash payments).
• Untradeable obligations: things that must be fulfilled in‑kind, including services, land return, access rights, and items of cultural value.

RLT is not a currency. A separate Black Currency will be created for spending and exchange. RLT remains the audited record of liabilities, and other methods may arrive later.
