Membership & Entity Registry

Purpose

IC3CSI is building a membership database for IC3 Black and IC6 Mixed‑Black individuals and an entity registration system for organisations that serve or benefit the IC3 community. These are the foundational ledgers required for Justice Trade and reparatory justice delivery.

Ultimately, these ledgers support the formation of a sovereign institutional entity — functionally comparable to how the Bank for International Settlements serves central banks — dedicated to facilitating the delivery of reparatory justice worldwide through standards, settlement systems, and treaty‑grade agreements.

Holding-stage only: no registration is live on these pages and no personal data is collected.

Scope

  • Individuals: IC3/IC6 members issued future digital credentials for access to programmes and benefits.
  • Entities: companies, clubs, trusts, faith bodies, and public institutions verified for Justice Trade participation.
  • Independent verification: third‑party attestations; IC3CSI stores a verification hash only.

Standards

  • Identity across five aspects: BirthPlace, Lineage, Appearance, Culture (State of Mind), DNA (optional).
  • Governance: Ownership, Control/Governance, and/or demonstrable Community Benefit.
  • Auditability: privacy‑preserving proofs and revocation lists for credentials.

Phased Rollout

  1. Phase 0 — Interest Count: non‑identifying analytics; community briefings.
  2. Phase 1 — Registration of Interest: through trusted Black organisations; issuance of receipt numbers.
  3. Phase 2 — Progressive Detailing: secure uploads; verifier assignments; optional DNA.
  4. Phase 3 — Credentialing: digital credentials; programme access; grievance & redress mechanisms.
  5. Phase 4 — Sovereign Functions: settlement rails, registry of treaties, and Justice Trade oversight.

Privacy

  • No forms on holding pages.
  • Data minimisation; hash‑only storage for proofs wherever possible.
  • Independent DPIA and ongoing privacy reviews prior to live launch.
