New Reparation Claim Pack – Step 1 (Claimant Group)

Step 1 captures the identity of the claimant group (including a group of one). Your group controls what is shared and must secure its own local data until ic3 Black International State (IBIS) is established.

Claimant group identification

If you are a sole survivor, you can use your own name as the group name.
Use two letters (e.g., GB, FR, DE, ES, PT, US).
Comma-separated ISO country codes.

Group representative (contact)

These fields help your group contact the right person. Your group controls what is shared.

Use international format where possible (E.164).

Identity Engine (IC race / ethnicity / sub-branch)

Set the identity lens for this claimant group using the international standard dropdowns.
